Baba pastry soaked in delicate lemon, orange, vanilla and rum syrup, vanilla whipped cream.
The rum is not boiled and so retains its alcohol content.
A pot of whipped cream accompanies this baba.

Store between 0 and 3°C. It is advisable to remove from the refrigerator 5 minutes before the tasting. To fully enjoy the flavors of our homemade pastries, we recommend that you taste them within 48 hours of purchase.

For the pot of vanilla whipped cream: CREME fraiche, icing sugar, vanilla (0.3%).
