Baba pastry soaked in delicate lemon, orange, vanilla and rum syrup, vanilla whipped cream.
The rum is not boiled and so retains its alcohol content.

Store between 0 and 3°C. It is advisable to remove from the refrigerator 5 minutes before the tasting.
To fully enjoy the flavors of our homemade pastries, we recommend that you taste them within 48 hours of purchase.

Gluten, egg, milk. Recipe including alcohol.
May contain traces of lupine, peanuts, nuts, soya, sulphites, sesame, fish.

Our creations, except pastries, are available for shipment to mainland France (outside Corsica), Belgium, Monaco and Luxembourg.

Preparation time is a minimum of 3 working days. During the holiday season, preparation time is a minimum of 5 working days; delivery delays may be experienced.
