The Equinoxe is the first signature pastry created by Cyril Lignac and Benoît Couvrand.
Bourbon vanilla cream, centre of caramel, crisp Speculoos praline.

Store between 0 and 3°C. It is advisable to remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes before the tasting. To fully enjoy the flavors of our homemade pastries, we recommend that you taste them within 48 hours of purchase.

May contain traces of lupine, peanut, sesame.

Home delivery

Our creations, except pastries, are available for shipment to mainland France (outside Corsica), Belgium, Monaco and Luxembourg.

We have taken care to conditioning each shipment in order to our products arrive in the best conditions.
Preparation time is a minimum of 3 working days. During the holiday season, preparation time is a minimum of 5 working days; delivery delays may be experienced.

Shipping costs from €5 for France, €9 for Belgium and Luxembourg, indicated at the end of the order.
