Crispy sweet pastry base, smooth almond cream, fresh raspberries garnished with a raspberry compote, light cream.

Store between 0 and 3°C. It is advisable to remove from the refrigerator 20 minutes before the tasting. To fully enjoy the flavors of our homemade pastries, we recommend that you taste them within 48 hours of purchase
